The Process

A simple approach

The process is designed to keep things easy on your end, and dialed in on ours.

01. Reach Out

Start with the inquiry form. Share what you’re working on, how many products you have, and what you need the images for.

If it’s a fit, you’ll receive a proposal with pricing, timeline, and next steps.

02. Plan the Shoot

Once booked, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire and (optionally) share inspiration.

From there, everything is mapped out- lighting, styling direction, and shot approach - based on your product and how the images will be used.

You don’t need to overthink this. Guidance is part of the process.

03. Ship Your Products

Mail your products to the studio.

You’ll get clear instructions ahead of time so nothing gets missed. Most clients keep it simple—just the product and any must-have items.

04. We Create

Everything is handled in-studio -styling, lighting, shooting, and initial edits.

This is where the work happens, and where your product is translated into something clean, cohesive, and actually usable across your brand.

05. Review + Select

You’ll receive a proof gallery to review and select your final images (if your project includes selections).

No guesswork - you choose what you love.

06. Final Delivery

Final images are delivered in a high-resolution online gallery, ready for web, social, and marketing use.

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the shoot date.

07. Ongoing Work

If you need consistent content, limited monthly spots are available for brands that we’ve already worked with.

No pressure - just an open door.
