Scope of Work

Each session includes a set number of final images based on your selected package. Styling is included at a minimal level and reflects the overall aesthetic of Oeste Studios.

Inspiration is always welcome. If you have specific shot requests, they should be shared and approved before booking. If no creative direction is provided, the session will be guided fully in the style of the studio.

Changes to scope after booking may require an updated package or additional fees.

Deliverables

You’ll receive a curated proof gallery to select your final images. Final images are professionally edited and delivered in both high-resolution and web-ready formats.

Motion clips, if included or added, are lightly edited and delivered for web and social use. Additional images or clips may be available for purchase.

Selections

Final selections are made from your proof gallery and are requested within 5 days of delivery. Delays in selection may affect your final delivery timeline.

Additional selections beyond what’s included will be invoiced before delivery.

Creative Direction

All work is created in the style of Oeste Studios. While inspiration is welcome, exact replication is not guaranteed.

Products are photographed to appear accurate, though slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting and materials.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due once products arrive and before production begins.

Shipping & Product Handling

Clients are responsible for shipping products to and from the studio unless arranged otherwise. Items should arrive securely packaged and in shoot-ready condition.

Oeste Studios is not responsible for damage during shipping or for product changes that naturally occur during the shoot (such as melting, leaking, or breakage).

Product Returns

Products are not returned unless arranged in advance. If return shipping is requested, a prepaid label must be provided. Unclaimed items may be discarded or donated after 14 days.

Timeline

Proof galleries are typically delivered within 5 business days of product arrival. Final images are delivered within 3 business days after selections are made.

Most projects are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on selection timing and product delivery.

Revisions

Minor revisions are welcome within 3 days of delivery. This may include small adjustments such as cropping or tonal changes.

Reshoots and major revisions are not included but may be available at an additional cost.

Usage Rights

Final images include unlimited business use across web, social, and advertising. Copyright remains with Oeste Studios.

Portfolio Use

Oeste Studios may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

Scheduling & Delays

Projects are scheduled based on product arrival and communication timing. Delays in shipping or response may affect the timeline.

Projects inactive for more than 30 days may be closed.

Cancellations

The retainer is non-refundable. If a project is canceled before production begins, no additional balance is due.

If canceled after production has started, remaining fees may apply based on work completed.

Additional Requests

Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Agreement

All project details are confirmed in your proposal and invoice. Booking confirms agreement to these terms.
